Direct Shine would like to announce our latest promotion who will step up and become a manager for the company….
Donald Stewart has earned his stripes, and it was a pleasure to offer him this role.
Having worked with Romy and myself for 8-years, he has shown in that time a willingness to do extra, perfect time keeping, top standards personally & professionally and we are sure he will do a great job of running our teams.
Outside of work, Donald is a keen weightlifter & a proud family man, and we are sure his kids, Katori & Maddison, and wife Tina will be incredibly proud of Donald having worked so hard for many years to earn this role.
The promotion is part of the back-office shuffle that has let the Directors step up and assist with the link up between operations and office.
This lets myself not become so tied to the office & scheduling and focus solely on growing the business, while giving myself and Romy a little more freedom. Donald will report to our newly appointed Directors, Scott and Terry, to make sure the teams are supported in every way possible.
As the teams expand it is crucial there is a pathway of promotion for staff who show they will work hard with consistency and loyalty.
