Romy is the financial Director for the company and works from the offices in Perth day to day. Romy is pivotal to the day to day success of the business and reports directly to the managing director.
Carol Czekalla
Office Administrator
Carol is responsible for all day to day enquiries/general administration that come through the phones each day. This allows Direct Shine's clients access to all account information at any time.
Laura Macdonald
Office Administrator
Another new addition to the office team. Laura is responsible for the general accounts and reports to the finance Director on a daily basis.
Gareth Lowther
General Manager
Gareth helped to lay the early foundations of the business alongside our managing director David. He is highly trained and a respected member of the team who runs some of the businesses largest sites. Gareth has been with the company approaching 10 years.
Scott Czekalla
Director & Work Flow Manager
Scott started with the company straight from school around 8 years ago and is responsible for the day to day running of our teams. Scott has unrivalled knowledge of the routes and provides our teams with all the daily support they can need.
Terry Carcary
Director & Quality Control Manager
Terry has recently been promoted to the role and is responsible for quality control of our teams. He ensures that no matter how big the company becomes that quality is never sacrificed. We foresee Terry's role as being pivotal in the future growth of the business

Manager & External Cleaning Operative
Donald has been with the business nearly 6 years and was one of its first employees. He is a highly regarded team member who offers all new team members support when required.
Craig Czekalla
External Cleaning Operative
Craig joined the business straight from school nearly 5 years ago. Craig is a hard worker and bright team member who is renowned for his eye for detail and studious approach to the job. Craig has a bright future within the company and we are very happy to have him.
Ross Carcary
External Cleaning Operative
Ross has been with the company around 4 years and runs one of the companies two man vans. He is trained on all the companies services and runs some of our largest commercial sites. Famed for his timekeeping and can do attitude ross is a real asset to the business.
Rory Chalk
External Cleaning Operative
Rory currently works on the second side of our two man vans. Rory is currently taking driving lessons. Once passed he will then run a van for the company. An extremely hard working individual we see a bright future for Rory.
