Perth-based Window Cleaning Company Appoints New Directors

It’s been big news after big news recently as Direct Shine continue to implement changes in the background and push the company forward for what’s shaping to be another successful year.

Part of this push was to make two of Direct Shine’s most trusted staff official Directors within the company and allocate them a profit share.

Terry and Scott were best men at David and Romy’s wedding and after almost a decade of working together, have never had a single falling out. There is mutual respect, and they understand the management process and how to lead fairly.

Both Terry and Scott deserve this and are ready to take on the pressure of running the Direct Shine team and company as it progresses. Both are fair and hard-working and treat the staff in the office, or in the field, with the upmost respect.

They complement each other and each have their own strengths which benefit the company and will secure it as the years go on – perhaps when David & Romy’s own children come into the picture. Terry and Scott will be important in ensuring the company can work away without David and support Romy (the co-owner) if the worst ever happens.

It’s important for David (owner) that, as the company grows, it becomes less about himself and more about securing jobs for staff and the future for his family – and these appointments are about that.

In the coming years, Direct Shine has a strong and honest management team in place with Rory, Donald and Ross to support both Scott and Terry as we continue to develop a growing staff base.
