As mentioned in a previous post, this year see’s Direct Shine looking towards acquisitions as a means of growth. With this in mind, it is with great excitement that we announce the purchase of Evershine Exterior Cleaning.
Based in Fife, Evershine has been brilliantly run by Kailen and his team over the last 4-5 years. Offering both Commercial and Domestic Window Cleaning in Fife, Kailen and his team carry out a similar, professional offering as Direct Shine and we will continue to offer the same standards as expected from Kailen’s current customer-base.
Direct Shine do not buy businesses often as they must be well run, well priced and able to fit nicely into our rounds and company. The acquisition offers the opportunity for Direct Shine to welcome 230+ clients over several areas within Fife and strengthens our presence within the district.
The sale will see us welcome residential, commercial and council sites to our rounds and have them become Direct Shine’s clients with Evershine ceasing to trade.
